I accept the booking conditions, including the cancellation terms. I have read the acknowledgement of risk. Climbing and mountaineering carry a risk of serious injury or death; my participation is voluntary and informed. I have read the pre-contract package travel information — what's included, total price, payment schedule, minimum group size and notice date, cancellation terms, insolvency protection, and organiser identity. I will hold travel insurance covering ice climbing and mountain rescue for the full trip dates, and will provide policy details before departure.

Your confirmation email restates all of the above, plus the insolvency protection details. We store which version you accepted, and when.
